Lisa is absolutely fantastic! She listened to exactly what we were looking for, within our price points, and came back with a solid list of options that I was unable to find when I searched myself. The trip was for a memorial and Lisa did her best to ensure that the hotel staff was made aware of the sensitivities. She also went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy with the outcome of the trip.
